What does the DemoDate Event Management System do?

DemoDate EMS is a web-based event management system specifically designed to support all of the stakeholders in the event process.

The application allows the stakeholders in the event, the demonstration company, the supplier, the retailer, and the distributor and other stakeholders, to monitor and participate in the event process from initial scheduling through the completion of an online after action review.

Who are the stakeholders?

DemoDate EMS supports supplier, demonstration companies, retailers, distributors, and event demonstrator. Views can be customized for other stakeholders as required.

 

What can they see?

Each stakeholder sees a customized view of the information in the database. The information each stakeholder sees allows them to schedule, manage, monitor all event activities.
